Navigator Energy Services
Topographic completed the survey of 66 miles for the 12” Panhandle Crossing Pipeline. Survey work included preliminary constructability route survey, construction staking, and as-built survey. GIS work included preliminary and as-built data tracking and mapping support. Project deliverables included 128 easement plats, 37 road and/or railroad permits, 39 sheets of IFC and as-built Alignments. Topographic partnered with Ten Peaks Geospatial, LLC and other 3rd party entities to complete this project.

Plains Pipeline, LLC
Preliminary survey of 43.3 miles for a 24” high pressure pipeline starting at the Texas/New Mexico state line in Loving County, Texas and ending at the Wink Facility in Wink, Texas. The project consisted of 49 easement exhibits. Topographic worked closely with 3rd party engineering firms to help facilitate alignment, HDD, and crossing permits. The preliminary field work and submittal of plats for the original planned route was completed in 15 days.

Western Refining, Inc.
Topographic performed a field survey and easement preparation of a proposed pipeline to be constructed, consisting of approximately 183.6 miles (680,000 linear feet) of oil gathering pipeline, one tank terminal site and two truck unloading terminals. The project was located in both Lea County, New Mexico and Loving County, Texas spread out over approximately 350 square miles. Centerline survey and boundary survey, in both states was performed as well as project base map including land parcels and required information to generate over 200 easement plats in a period of 60 days.
