City of Godley
Hunter Park is a 46 acre Planned Development in the City of Godley to provide food, entertainment and open space for the rapidly increasing city of around 2,500 people (approximately 7,000 rooftops planned over the next several years). Included in the development are restaurants, a grocery store, retail, offices, a dog park, outdoor spaces adjacent to retail, an amphitheater, open space and hike/bike trails to be connected to future master planned trails for the city. Hunter Park will include articulated sidewalks with large plaza areas for gathering. In addition, floodplain modeling was performed to provide open space and restaurants overlooking the large channel on the southern portion of the property.

City of Cleburne
The Railhead Mixed-Use Development is a 95-acre planned development in the northwest portion of the rapidly growing City of Cleburne. A City/Developer collaboration project, it will be a vibrant new walkable mixed-use Town Center forming the northern gateway to Cleburne and will create a synergy of people who live, work and play in the Railhead and adjacent Cleburne Station area. The project is directly east of the Cleburne Railroaders baseball team.
Planned developments within the project include Restaurants, a hotel, healthcare facilities, a Town Center with multiple commercial, office and retail buildings, and a Family Entertainment Center. Also included is Multi-Family Housing including up-scale apartments and townhomes, along with affordable housing on approximately 20 acres at the southeast corner.
The Railhead development will include a minimum of 10’ wide concrete paver sidewalks adjacent to the roadways for walkability, decorative LED streetlights, street trees along the major roads, and a signature water tower within the island at the intersection.
