Brian Krafft serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Topographic OM, Inc., a leading firm in land surveying, engineering, and environmental services. With a tenure beginning in 2007, Brian has significantly contributed to the firm's growth through strategic acquisitions, expansion of the Pipeline Division and the diversification into engineering and environmental services. His deep understanding of the company's operations, core business, and customer relationships is instrumental in steering Topographic toward meeting current and future client needs.
Brian's academic credentials include an MBA from Texas Christian University, a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Oklahoma State University, and a Post-Baccalaureate Certification in Geomatics from Texas A&M University-Corpus Christi. As a registered professional land surveyor in Texas, he brings over 16 years of industry experience to his role.
In 2019, Brian's leadership and contributions to the business community were recognized when he was honored in the Fort Worth Business Press's Top 40 Under 40. Further extending his influence, he serves on the Board of the Oklahoma Council of Public Affairs (OCPA) and the Oklahoma State Alumni Association (OSUAA), demonstrating his commitment to civic engagement and the advancement of education.

Sage began his career at Topographic in May of 2008 as a Survey Technician and quickly emerged as a Project Manager that same year. In 2013, he was promoted to the position of Director of Pipeline Operations. There, he would continue to grow Topographic’s midstream operations and was instrumental in opening the door for Topographic to bid and be awarded some of the nation’s largest pipeline projects. Sage has played a key role in all four of Topographic’s strategic acquisitions since 2014, in the creation of Engineering, Environmental and UAV divisions of the company and has served as a mentor to many within Topographic. His work ethic and business acumen will help drive Topographic’s continued success as we strive to be the premier Land Surveying, Engineering and Environmental company across the nation. Sage has a degree in Finance from Oklahoma State University, a Post Baccalaureate in Geomatics from Texas A&M University-Corpus Christi, and became a Registered Professional Land Surveyor in Texas in 2012.

Mari Beth Baze has been an integral part of our company since she joined the administration team at Topographic in 2009. Over the years, Mari Beth's contributions to our company's success have been significant, and she has steadily advanced through the ranks to her current position as CFO overseeing all financial matters. Mari Beth's educational background is a testament to her commitment to her career and ongoing professional development. She earned her bachelor’s degree in administration in 2004 and later pursued a second bachelor's degree in accounting, which she completed in 2018. In addition to her already impressive educational credentials, Mari Beth recently earned her MBA in 2022, adding to her broad range of skills and experience. Her expertise in financial management and accounting has been invaluable in guiding our company's financial strategy and ensuring its financial health. Eric joined Topographic in 2009 but began his surveying career in 1996 working summers on a survey crew during high school. Serving as a Project Manager, Eric spent the last 10 years managing pipeline projects for Topographic where he specialized in large scale, high impact projects and specialty land transactions. Eric’s most recent position of Senior Project Manager allowed him to continue to build strong client relationships while leveraging his 22 years of experience to help develop other Topographic employees. Eric received his MBA from Tarleton State University, holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Occupations, also from Tarleton State University, and an Associate of Arts in Mathematics from Hill College. He is a Registered Professional Land Surveyor in Arkansas, Arizona, Kansas, North Dakota, Oklahoma, South Dakota, Texas, and Wisconsin. Eric is an active member of the profession whose leadership style seeks to push the boundaries of what is possible in order to create new value-added services for our clients. In October of 2019, Eric relocated to Oklahoma City to manage the Oklahoma City office and Mid-Continent operations.

Courtney joined the firm in 2016 bringing years of private and public engineering experience to Topographic. The incorporation of his design and construction knowledge has made it possible for Topographic to provide solutions that expedite construction and reduce cost. The addition of Courtney to Topographic allowed for a greater range of services we can provide to our clients. Courtney’s experience extends to pipeline design, recycle facilities, water lines, roads, and public infrastructure as well as commercial, industrial, and residential project development. Courtney received his Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Utah and is a Registered Professional Engineer in Texas, Oklahoma, New Mexico, Colorado, Utah, and North Dakota. Courtney has over 14 years of experience in drainage design, hydrology and flood studies, grading design, site development, roadway planning and design, feasibility studies, development plans, and land entitlement.

Erik joined Topographic in September 2013 as a Senior RPLS after serving as the Public Works Director for Johnson County, Texas. Prior to his position as the Public Works Director, Erik created and grew a successful land surveying company that focused on providing services for commercial and residential land developers, municipalities, utility districts, school districts, real estate professionals and others. Erik believes that you don’t achieve success and a great reputation in this business without first helping your clients achieve success with their projects. With that in mind, Eric was tasked with creating a Civil Department within Topographic to better service the growing DFW market. Under Erik’s leadership, the department has continued to grow with projects ranging from land development to municipal utility planning, with much more on the horizon. Erik began his surveying career in 1993 and was licensed as a Texas RPLS in 2000. He also obtained his Certified Floodplain Manager certification in 2012.

Julio joined the firm in 1993 as a draftsman in Topographic’s Midland office. Julio’s structural thinking, analytical assessment and level-headed leadership style propelled him into several increasing roles of responsibility including his current position of Director of Operations. Under Julio’s direction, Topographic opened its largest location in Fort Worth, TX, and consolidated the operational functions of its Pampa, Sequin, and El Paso locations. In doing so, Julio has streamlined the daily functions of Topographic resulting in efficiency increases that reduce turnaround time and maximize project results. Julio has 25 years of experience in ALTA/ACSM Surveys; Wells and Units; Route and Survey Power lines; Topographic Surveys; Volume/Quantity Surveys; Drainage and Utility Staking; Coordinated with multiple Cities and Municipalities on pipeline routing and permitting.

Zac Keating is the Director of Rocky Mountain Operations for Topographic. Zac began his career at Topographic in 2012 following the completion of his post-baccalaureate in Geomatics from Texas A&M Corpus Christi. Zac quickly progressed to the position of Project Manager where
he managed gathering and transmission pipeline projects across various states. Following the acquisition of GeoSurv in December of 2014, Zac relocated to Denver and has played an instrumental role in the growth of Topographic in Colorado and Wyoming. Zac successfully managed a wide variety of projects including: pipeline construction, well pad layout and permitting, terminal layout, drainage surveys, and ALTA surveys. As Colorado’s permitting processes have become more stringent, Zac’s knowledge of pipeline constructability has been crucial to clients routing pipelines in areas with little room for error. Today, Zac leads a seasoned team of professionals that continue to tackle our clients’ toughest projects and deliver the level of quality Topographic has been known for, for over 60 years.

Robert joined the firm in 2007 as President of Topographic Mapping Company in Oklahoma City, OK. He brought years of GIS and IT management experience to the company from both the public and private sector. Almost immediately, Robert initiated LandScape, the company’s web-based GIS presence and promoted its use internally and externally. In 2011, Robert was appointed GIS Manager for Topographic Land Surveyors, relocated to Fort Worth, TX. There, Robert further developed the company’s capacity to meet the growing GIS needs of the emerging Eagle Ford shale play. Since that time, Robert has not only expanded the size and competency of the GIS department, but has also cooperated and collaborated with both CAD and IT staff to better integrate all three facets into Topographic’s internal workflow and client services. Robert holds a Bachelor of Science in Geography and a Post-graduate Certificate in GIS, both from Oklahoma State University. He is also recognized as a GIS Professional (GISP) by the GIS Certification Institute (GISCI) and an Esri Certified ArcGIS Desktop Professional.

Topographic is proud to announce the hiring of Jason Voight, PWS as Director of Environmental Services. With over 20 years of experience in the environmental industry, Jason brings a vast array of environmental planning expertise to compliment Topographic’s suite of services. Jason’s primary goal will be to help our clients overcome environmental challenges in an increasingly complex regulatory environment. Topographic’s environmental services include comprehensive environmental planning, regulatory compliance, and ecological restoration services. Jason received his Bachelor of Science in Biology (emphasis in Aquatic Ecology) from Baylor University. He also has a Master of Landscape Architecture degree from the University of Texas at Arlington. Jason is a Professional Wetland Scientist and a Licensed Irrigator in Texas.
